In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "kaya9", "we", "us", "our" refers to the kaya9 platform, its operators, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" means the kaya9 website accessible at kaya9.io, including all associated pages, services, betting markets, casino games, and support channels.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a Player's kaya9 Account, including deposited amounts, winnings, and applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive provided by kaya9 to a Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Activities" means any conduct described in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference time for all kaya9 operations, deadlines, and promotional periods.

By accessing the kaya9 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service provided by kaya9, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on kaya9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kaya9 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players who are under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from kaya9 or any other online gambling platform on responsible gaming grounds.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of kaya9, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are registering with accurate personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

kaya9 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 8.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted. kaya9 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

You must notify kaya9 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, if your password has been compromised, or if you suspect any fraudulent activity on your Account. kaya9 may temporarily suspend your Account while an investigation is conducted.

kaya9 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in Prohibited Activities, or where required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

kaya9 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. kaya9 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits are credited to your kaya9 Account in real time, subject to confirmation from the relevant payment provider. kaya9 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kaya9 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the payment method selected and whether full identity verification has been completed. kaya9 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit into the same Account, except where kaya9 expressly authorises an alternative method.

Verification Requirement: kaya9 may require full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — including government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal. Players are encouraged to complete verification at the earliest opportunity to avoid delays when submitting withdrawal requests.

• Funds deposited into your kaya9 Account must only be used for betting and gaming purposes on the Platform.
• kaya9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• kaya9 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if fraud or an account violation is suspected.
• All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

kaya9 offers various promotions including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this Section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements will be specified in the individual promotion terms and typically range between 10x and 35x the Bonus amount.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute between 50% and 100%. Live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses are issued to one Account per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• kaya9 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus at any time and to reclaim Bonus funds and associated winnings if abuse, collusion, or technical exploitation is detected.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Promotional terms, including wagering requirements and expiry dates, are subject to change. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform or email.
• kaya9 reserves the right to limit or cancel participation in any promotion at its sole discretion.

All bets placed on kaya9 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game. kaya9 publishes game-specific rules within each product section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). kaya9 reserves the right to void bets where an error in the published odds is identified, where a match is abandoned before a result is determined, or where there is clear evidence of match manipulation. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at kaya9's discretion.

Casino Games: All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games use certified software from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. Game outcomes are determined independently of kaya9 by the certified RNG software. kaya9 has no ability to influence game outcomes after a bet has been placed and confirmed.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the studio provider's rules and are displayed within the game interface. Network interruptions during a live game round may affect bet settlement; kaya9 will resolve such cases in accordance with recorded game data from the provider.

• A bet is final and binding once confirmed on the Platform. kaya9 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances specifically provided for in the game-specific rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games and are displayed within each product section.
• kaya9 reserves the right to restrict the maximum payout on any single bet or series of bets if it reasonably suspects abuse or system exploitation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kaya9. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals frozen, and all Funds associated with the prohibited activity forfeited. kaya9 reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one kaya9 Account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting Bonus offers through systematic or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, including hedging bets across accounts.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or sports betting markets.
• Match-fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting event, or directly participating in match-fixing arrangements.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Money laundering: Using kaya9 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity. kaya9 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in relation to money laundering investigations.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials. Submitting false identity documents or providing inaccurate personal information.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in respect of kaya9 transactions.
• System exploitation: Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed software error will be voided.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, or transmit any kaya9 content in any form without prior written consent from kaya9.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any kaya9 software or Platform component.
• Use any kaya9 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that may cause confusion or imply association with kaya9 without express authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website without kaya9's prior written approval.

Any unauthorised use of kaya9's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

kaya9 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kaya9 collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, verify player identity, process financial transactions, comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations, and deliver customer support. kaya9 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data transmitted between your device and the kaya9 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Account passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible to kaya9 staff in plain text.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kaya9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services, even if kaya9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, kaya9 specifically excludes liability for:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit kaya9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

kaya9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to bonus terms, payment conditions, eligibility requirements, or prohibited activities — kaya9 will notify Players by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date, and where appropriate, by sending an email notification to the registered email address on file.

Continued use of the kaya9 Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes. Funds held in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and applicable verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kaya9 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair play certified games. No specific licensing body is claimed and no regulatory approval from any specific Bangladeshi government body is asserted.

Any disputes between a Player and kaya9 that cannot be resolved through the support channel at [email protected] shall be subject to binding arbitration. Players agree to submit to arbitration as the exclusive means of resolving disputes and waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against kaya9.
